your system and would like us to perform on site service;
please fill out and submit the following Service
Request Form. Before submitting a request for service, please try to
perform some of the basic operations below.

Before Submitting
Shut down and restart your system.
Most random errors are resolved after a reboot.
Make sure all plugs and connectors are
fully seated. Make sure the system is off when doing this.
Make sure all the devices are turned on.
No kidding - we do get calls where a device is off.
Try to recreate the problem. This
will give us a good starting point in resolving the issue.
Power cycle the equipment. This
usually resolves issues with equipment that is always on.
Review the Q & A page to see if any of
the documents there can help to resolve the problem.
When you submit your service request, it will be
entered into our database for tracking and scheduling purposes. We
will contact you as soon as possible to speak with you and, if
necessary, schedule an appointment for on site service.
